Welcome to TeamTOOT.org, the official website of Tom's Official Okoboji Trotters!
We started the team in honor of our father, Thomas E. Skram, who passed away from Pancreatic Cancer on October 22, 2003.
The purpose of the group is to raise awareness and money for Pancreatic Cancer, while promoting exercise and activity. We welcome anyone to join the Team – there's no need to be an elite athlete – look at us! So just put on some purple and walk, run, bike and swim in Tom's memory!
Our Mission
TeamTOOT will accomplish our goal the way Dad would have wanted – exercising and having fun. Proceeds will be donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, a national non-profit corporation that promotes the awareness of pancreatic cancer, advocates the need for additional research and provides excellent patient and family information and care.
